具体要求：

Roles & Responsibilities: 
- Manage and provide guides on system developer's work. 
- Responsible to transfer user requirements to technical specification for project implementation. 
- Coordinate between user and developer on system development. 
- Supervise a development team. 
- Write project plan and system analysis and design spec. 
- Report to project manager. 

Requirement: 
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. 
- Converse & write fluently in English, Mandarin language. 
- Development team management experience. 
- Familiar with SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) 
- Over 6 years of I.T system development and related experience, preferably in project implementation. 
- Over 3 year solid experience in system analysis and design, database design and MSSQL 
- Hand-on experience in Power Builder Or Java Technology (JAVA, JSP, STRUCT, XML). 
- Strong problem solving skills, be able to multi-task & work well in a team as well as independently and under pressure 
- Good interpersonal, presentation and co-ordination skills and good team player. 
- Logistic experience is a plus. 
- Prior knowledge on SQL server, Logistic System, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Relation Management (CRM) Or Warehouse       Management System (WMS) is preferred. 
一定要懂Powerduilder和Java,有用Powerbuilder 做项目的经验。
