我建立了两个表student(sno,sname,tno),teacher(tno,tname).先为student建立了主键sno,后为teacher表建立了主键tno,当再为student建立外键tno时，就提示错误：“tables related by kdy constraint must both be permanent or both be temporary created with on commit preserve rows",请问怎么办。
