大侠，请问
1.在InterBase7.5的IBConsole中对Local Server-gds_db进行Login,出现以下提示
interbase Server did not start within the expected time
问题出在哪里？
2.在DELPHI 2006中使用TSQLConnection元件，也无法连接InterBase数据库的表文件。出现以下信息：
Failure to Connect: dbExpress Error:[0x0015]:Connection failed Database Server Error:unavailable database
