财务经理(某中澳合资四星级酒店)
地点: 上海
主要职责:
1.监督考核酒店相关部门的财务收支、资金使用和财产管理等的 执行情况及效果;
2.领导财务部全体人员,建立良好的财务工作秩序;
3.进行财务分析,编制财务收支、成本费用等计划和预算,控制酒店的运作成本。
4.协调酒店与财政、税收等部门之间的关系。

Responsibilities:
* Delivers process consulting for both packaged and managed services in customer engagements.
* Analyzes, delivers, and leads execution of methodologies supporting “As-Is” processes and best practice based “To-Be” process working practices and solution deployment plans.
* Maps customer processes to technology through solid understanding of PTC technology capabilities and designed usage patterns coupled with detailed process understanding.
* Investigate the current business processes to identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, and inefficient workflows that could be improved.
* Leads customer teams to optimize ways in which information technology supports defined working practices.
* Engages customers at the supervisor and individual contributor levels to ensure successful adoption of process improvements.
* Leverages the PTC process framework and validated processes to align and guide account teams.
* Participates in Process Workshops/Work Sessions with customer and PTC personnel to assess how information technology interfaces with the functional groups within an organization.
* Produces supporting and deliverable documentation as defined by the engagement
* Helps customers to realize value from PTC solutions through process improvement and enablement.
