Job Responsibilities： 
     Be expected to contribute to the overall delivery of the next generation MSN product; 
     Assist a Microsoft Test Manager in development process, test planning, bug analysis, and coding intelligent test automation systems; 
     Build test tools and test environments to improve productivity; 
     Take charge of ensuring the security and performance of MSN’s Internet services; 
     Work closely with PMs to review feature design and examine testability; 
     Work with SDEs to do code reviews, isolate and debug problem areas; 

Requirements: 
*Have good test sense 
*Have web test experience 
*Would like to do trouble shooting or investigation job 
Base web application knowledge 
*HTML 
*HTTP 
*XML 
*CSS 
*Javascript 
*IIS 
.NET (optional) 
Soft Skills: 
*Can use English to communicate, express self idea and understand others meaning. (CET-4 or above) 
*Passion: Interested in Internet content business. *Familiar with Microsoft products or technology 
*Team Player: Like to work with other people together to accomplish a task. Like to contribute and help other members in the team. 
*Self discipline and fast learner, eager to learn more and improve continuously.
