Oracle Manager
 Manage the planning, analysis and definition of high-level software strategies and solutions through functional and technical expertise and an understanding of the enterprise, business system, and industry.
 Manage the design and implementation of analyses that will identify requirements related to people, processes and technology.
 Lead the implementation of the technical infrastructure, including networks, platforms and servers, enterprise enabling, application enabling, security and operations management.
 Manage the integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements.
 Manage the technical infrastructure design, including network, platforms and servers, enterprise enabling, application enabling, security and operations management.
 Oversee effort to identify vendors of software applications that meet specified requirements; lead effort to arrange favorable terms for procurement of selected software applications.
 Manage the process of identifying, analyzing, mitigating and responding to project, financial, operational, security, and legal threats, both real and anticipated.
 Manage to clearly defined business goals and expectations; lead utilization of efficient and effective processes and standards in order to continuously improve the quality of processes, products and services.
 Manage the process of determining resource status and needs, deploying resources to point of need, and coordinating sourcing and outplacement to ensure organizational goals are met.
 Create and foster an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team to achieve project/team goals of realizing value for a customer; inspire individuals on team to contribute their best efforts.
 Lead the design and implementation of a metrics program to track and report on key performance indicators for a project, workgroup, or organization.

相关工作经验8年左右，熟悉DBA/ERP/ORACLE,并精通其一，丰富的团队管理经验，英语能力强。
ORACLE SIEBEL 相关工作2年以上 Beijing
Java software engineer:
1,University graduates in Computer Science or equivalent
2,2 years above Java coding experience; 1 year OO design experience.
3,Experience of Oracle SQL design;
3,Able to work under pressure.
4,Individual with Responsibility.
5,Can speak fulent Korean, English reading/writing skill is a must.
Tester:
1, 2 years above testing experience;
2, Good requirement understanding skill;
3, Backend application testing experience is preferred;
4, Able to work under pressure.
5, Individual with Responsibility.
6, Can speak fluent Korean, English reading/writing skill is a must.
BA
1. Speak Korean language, communication with Korean client smoothly.
2. Have insurance industry background

1.Speak Korean language, positive communication with Korean client.
2.Have project management experience.
3.Familiar with software development life cycle and software development documents, such as high level design, low level design, test plan and test cases etc.
