+ Require degree in Computer Science: 
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of JAVA/J2EE work experience 
- Master's degree with at least 3 years of JAVA/J2EE work experience 
+ Basic english communication. 
+ Excellent knowledge in Software Architecture, design pattern and system analysis. 
+ Strong experience in developing on at least two of these database: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, DB2 
+ Strong experience in: windows and unix/linux 
+ Excellent skill in most of these areas: HTML, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, 
J2EE(Servlet/JSP/EJB/JMS), Spring, Web Service 
Knowledge on REST, ROR or Mashup will be a plus.
