2、2年以上.NET平台经验；能熟练使用MSVS.NET2005开发工具；
3、熟练掌握面向对象编程技术；精通C#编程语言，精通XML；
4、熟悉SQL SERVER（数据库设计、SQL语句的编写）；
5、有基于B/S模式WEB项目的开发经验；
6、良好的团队合作能力.
