在替fair isaac找人,这家公司做信贷评估的,6月才进中国.在欧美市场信贷领域是非常好的.这是公司网站 http://www.fairisaac.com/fic/cn/fic/cn/index.htm 公司进来不久,但是现在已经有好几个项目做了.目前这公司在中国主要业务是银行这方面
要求:
1 3-5年的工作经验(更高也可以,可以申请leader的职位)
2 懂J2EE
3 要有金融项目背景
4 英语一定要好(公司的产品在国内没有类似的,所以美国总部派了很多专家过来带项目,工作语言几乎都是英语,培训什么的也以英语为主)

Overall Objective
We are seeking motivated individuals based in Beijing to join our organization as a Solution Integration Consulatant at the Consultant level. Our technology practice has opportunities for professionals who possess skills in the design, development, integration, and implementation of large enterprise applications. Most of the work will be done on client site for our client base in mainland China (with opportunities for some international travel based on project demands in other regions).
Responsibilities
• Be part of a team doing the system requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment of custom software solutions using software tools including Blaze Advisor, Capstone Decision Analyser, Vectus Workflow, and Triad Account Management.
• Rapidly win respect from both clients/users and professional colleagues and develop a reputation for sound judgement and effectiveness in a variety of organisational cultures
• Continually maintain own knowledge at the highest level in all aspects of the job
Relevant Skills / Experience
• Educated to degree level in a technical or business subject or holds an equivalent professional qualification
• Experience designing, developing and deploying solutions for large corporations
• Three to five years of exposure on client facing projects, preferably in a consulting function
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle in large enterprises
• Good familiarity with Core methodology and technologies – including Oracle / SQL Database Servers, J2EE / DOT NET, C++ / UNIX/NT, etc.
• Domain knowledge in Financial Services / Banking / Insurance
• Good understanding of Project Management
• Demonstrate high standards of professional behaviour in dealings with clients, colleagues and staff
• Able to take significant responsibility and shows skill in the management of change
• Able to work within an aggressive and demanding project schedule and environment
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin as all Client communication will be in Mandarin
Personal Characteristics
• Well-developed problem solving and business analyst capability
• Ability to facilitate group discussions and ensure group participation in problem resolutions
