在替fair isaac找人,这家公司做信贷评估的,6月才进中国.在欧美市场信贷领域是非常好的.这是公司网站 http://www.fairisaac.com/fic/cn/fic/cn/index.htm 公司进来不久,但是现在已经有好几个项目做了.目前这公司在中国主要业务是银行这方面
要求:
1 3-5年的工作经验(更高也可以,可以申请leader的职位)
2 懂Mainframe: COBOL, CICS, SQL, JCL//Unix: Shell Scripts//AS400
3 要有金融项目背景
4 英语一定要好(公司的产品在国内没有类似的,所以美国总部派了很多专家过来带项目,工作语言几乎都是英语,培训什么的也以英语为主)

Title: Technical Consultant - Customer Mgmt Solutions
Business Unit / Product Line: Solution and Tech Consulting Group International
Reporting to: Customer Mgmt Solutions - Lead
Location: Shanghai, China
The Consultant participates in business analysis, requirements gathering, design, and software implementation activities. They provide technical leadership on implementation projects, perform detailed technical tasks at client sites, provide specialized technical training, and provides support services for Fair Isaac software solutions. This includes packaging software, remote and on-site client installations and configurations, documenting installation instructions, training clients on maintaining the systems, and updating internal documentation on client environments.
Tasks often include configuring products, developing validation tests, and tailoring or configuring the software to meet customer requirements. Responsible for advising and guiding customers in integrating Fair Isaac software solutions with existing customer computer systems and actively participating in the integration of Fair Isaac products by designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting interfacing software. Technical responsibilities also include testing, configuring, and tuning application and environment and post-installation support of clients including troubleshooting, providing software patches, and developing workarounds to meet client needs.
Relevant Skills / Experience
• 3-5 years IT solution design experience of complex, large-scale, and strategic IT projects. With experience of both technical infrastructure and software architecture, ideally working for a dynamic system integrator / value-add partner / solution provider in an external customer-focused environment
• History of successful delivery of high availability technology solutions in the Financial Services industry
• Ability to act as a technical leader within a high paced delivery organization
• Be customer focused - able to present technical information and concepts to non-technical people
• Excellent communication both verbally and written, with ability to influence at all levels across and organization both in Mandarin and English
• History of successfully working in a team-based environment
• Strong industry experience in Financial service
• International work experience
• Practical experience to include:
o Mainframe: COBOL, CICS, SQL, JCL, DB2, TSO, MQ
•Unix: Shell Scripts, VI Editor
•AS400: CL Language, AS400 COBOL, AS400 Library management
•Client/Server applications: Visual Basic, Web service, Micro Focus MF Express, XML
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin as all Client communication will be in Mandarin
• Fluent in written and spoken English as all internal communication will be in English
• Educated to degree level in a technical or business subject or holds an equivalent professional qualification
• Positive, “can-do” diplomatic attitude; experience working with demanding clients
