Job Description
Senior Web Developer
Our client is one of the recognized world-wide leaders in providing collaborative ERP business solutions for all types of industries and for every major market. Its products share a large percentage of the market, globally and in China.
Due to an increase in its business activity, our client is currently looking for a Senior Web Developer to be based in its Shanghai office. The position requires fluent Mandarin and English.
Location: Shanghai
Project Related Competencies:
 Designs and codes superior technical solutions.
 Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
 Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
 Deliver within budget and project schedule.
 Consistently delivers high-quality services.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Communication
 Assists in the facilitation of team and stakeholder meetings.
 Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
 Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information
Programming Languages
 Expert in HTML and CSS coding
 Expert in Adobe Photoshop or any other similar tool
 Javascript & PHP knowledge
 Understands the benefits of the various programming languages.
Architecture
 Possesses significant knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures.
 Creates well designed, reusable objects.
 Understands browser specific compatibility issues.

 Generates enthusiasm among team members.
 Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model.

 Demonstrated experience implementing Web application from end to end..
 Superior oral and written communication skills
 Fluent English. German is a plus

 Business acumen - experienced in managing strategic projects, tactical realization plans with ability to deliver on time and on quality.
 Works effectively in a complex matrixed environment with virtual teams of high-level professionals.
