我在智联招聘网上给卓越亚马逊投了一份简历，目前刚刚通过第一轮的面试，正在等回复。我自己感觉面试情况还不错，就是对自己的英语口语不是特别自信。同时我也了解到亚马逊对这个职位的要求。编程语言是C++方面的，他们对算法和编程规范要求比较严格，还有对一些数据库及编程环境等概念的理解也有较高的要求。
这次亚马逊招聘的职位主要是向美国做汇报的，有海外发展的空间。这也是比较吸引我的地方，为了这个目标，我还得进一步加强我的英语口语能力。
总得来说，亚马逊是世界500强的公司，美国风格的企业文化，薪资待遇也在同类企业中上水平，是我这种技术型工程师一个很好的发展平台，他们这次招聘的人员需要比较多，同行的兄弟有兴趣可以去网上看看他们的招聘广告，是个很好的发展机会，在此和大家分享一下~~~~~~~

卓越亚马逊招聘软件工程师及软件研发经理职位
本职位工作地点设于北京，负责亚马逊美国电子商务平台运作的相关工作，向美国TPM直接汇报。
职位要求如下：
Software Developer (SDEI)
• Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems.
• Extensive experience programming in C++/Java/perl with strong design skills.
• Experience in relational database design and application development. Exposure in system performance optimization and scaling.
• Significant development experience in a Unix/Linux environment.
• Proficient in English: both in writing and speaking.
• Knowledge of XML web services, and agile development methodologies desired.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of work experience preferred
Software Developer Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. English fluency is strongly desired.
• Strong leader capable of motivating and energizing the very best software engineers. Ability to manage a team of 6-10 software engineers, including task planning and code reviews.
• Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and technical innovation and capable of "rolling-up sleeves and getting hands dirty."
• Proven ability to share knowledge with more junior team members through formal mentoring, code reviews, design reviews, technical talks, classes, or as a project consultant.
• Broad knowledge of C++ and Java in a Linux/Unix environment as well as agile software development methodologies and Scrum. Familiarity with distributed systems, asynchronous messaging and web issues is desired
• 5-10 years experience (including time working towards advanced degrees and/or experience).
• CS degree strongly preferred.
