Assistant Systems Manager- Java/J2EE

Job Responsibilities:

·      Manage a software development team, to produce timely and quality deliverables
·      Act as the technical leader and resource manager on all current and future  projects
·      Prioritize tasks among development and production support work
·      Identify new product features and improvement with product manager
·      Ensure compliance of work and staff to company policies and controls
·      Motivate and coach team members on their career development
·      Report to local manager and remote matrix manager

Requirements:

·      Above 5 years working experience in software development, including at least 2 years of  project management Banking / finance industry background preferred
·      Experienced in Java/J2EE web project, familiar with UNIX environment and command
·      Knowledgeable with object-oriented analysis and design, JAVA/J2EE design patterns, UML Good understanding of software development processes
·      Team player, responsible, flexible, and work well under pressure
·      BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent major
·      Must be fluent in oral, reading and written English CET-6 above TOEIC certificate holders preferred
