As discussed,we're now searching for a .net application team lead for a famous American chemical company.Pls find JD for your information.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Select, Retain, and Develop Staff
2. Uniform deployment of Standard Work Process
3. Successful Project/Task Execution
4. Create technical specifications for functional specifications given
5. Develop and Unit test application code that meets technical and functional specifications
6. Creation of test scenarios / scripts in quality center tool
7. Execution of Integration testing, recording of defects in quality center tool
8. Adhere to AP standard application lifecycle processes (source code mgmt)
9. Adhere to AP Change and Release processes
10. Document project and knowledge transfer of support to appropriate delivery team (execute Landing process)
11. Support new application code during warranty period of Landing
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Travel – This position will require initial travel to Allentown, PA, USA for training
2. Project Management – a good understanding of application development project management as it is likely that the incumbent will be asked to project manage medium size development projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. College Degree required; Bachelors Degree in Information Technology field, related technical discipline preferred.
2. 6 - 7 years experience working in information technology or related fields
3. Prior management or supervisory experience preferred, multicultural experience a plus
4. Demonstrated track record in managing tasks and projects
5. Knowledge of one or more current Applications Development technologies required (SAP ABAP, C# and .NET, JAVA, C++)
6. Excellent communications skills required
7. Good interviewing or people assessment skills
