HR Generalist
Autodesk, Inc. is seeking highly motivated HR Generalist to join China ACRD HR team. This individual will provide direct client support in all areas of HR including manager coaching, employee relations, staffing, performance management, HR administration and training and development under the direction of ACRD Director of Human Resources.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
? Provides sound and timely support in all HR processes, including hiring reports, offer letters, salary reviews, performance reviews, and HR information updates.

The successful applicant will have a good grounding in object-oriented and database techniques, and show an aptitude for learning and problem-solving. The role will develop to include evangelizing the APIs to Autodesk’s products to prospective and existing ADN members through conference presentations, webcasts, training classes and one-on-one meetings.
Based in Beijing, PRC, the Developer Consultant will interact with other DevTech team members from around the world, and with ADN partners via phone, e-mail, and onsite training or consulting visits. Some interaction with Autodesk’s product R&D function may also be required for evaluating and influencing new product releases.
