Job description:

–3+ years of IT offshore experience, including systems design, and programming experience. 

-Familiar with VB6.0, VB.Net, ASP, C/C++ 

-Familiar with Database System (Sybase, Oracle), SQL development experience is plus. 

-Minimal 1 year hands-on experience on Japanese business environment. 

-Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

-Self-motivation and teamwork;

-Can reading and writing Japanese
