a.      Qualification
         Solid 3+ years experiences of RPG Programming is MUST
         Telecom Background
         Preferably with prior experience in ICMS, AS400, CL, SQL/400, DB2/400
         Good communication skills
         Knowledge in documentation
         Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent
         Good verbal English capability is an advantage.

b.      Responsibility
         Be responsible for RPG application management and modernalization;
         Be a good team member for Telecome billing solution development;
         Follow process and quality regulations to delivery high quality design/code;
         Willing to travel for onsite development or support;
