       has a degree in one or more of the following: design, IT, English
       uses modern web applications daily; is interested in incorporating more web technologies into daily life
       fluent in English; must be able to communicate well in English language spoken and written
       good communicator; something along the lines of can't hesitate to ask questions or point out issues
       understands web design standards
       can recognize ui problems and find solutions
       can take initiative and work independently

Technical abilities:
       has a developer background, MUST know JAVAscript, PhotoShop, and know how to markup using valid CSS and html
       can troubleshoot problems as they occur
       understands separation between content and presentation
       a plus would be to understand some other programming language or frameworks
