REQUIRED SKILLS:
• > 3 years Microsoft Visual C++ software development experience on Windows platform, good understanding in MFC, COM/COM++, and Event Driven Architecture
• > 2 years development experience in multi-threading environment and good understanding in XML technologies
• Ability to write scripts in some administrative language (Python, Perl, shell) as a plus
• Experience of Java (J2SE) or C# (.NET) and integration these technologies with C++ as a plus
• Unit testing and test driven development knowledge
• Demonstrable Object Oriented design skills and ability to present design in UML, preferably utilizing standard patterns
• Experience of MS SQL Server and Oracle, demonstrable SQL as a must
• Exposure to source control and build systems
• Knowledge of full software development lifecycle and methodologies
