岗位职责：
Implement software as specified by PO, Architect and UX Designer
Responsibility for quality of deliverables and all software testing activities
Estimate story effort and publish documentation
Demonstrate fully working software at the end of each sprint
Adhere to agreed engineering principles, practices and standards
Investigate defects and system issues as required


招聘要求：
大学本科及以上学历
英文口语良好
有过互联网公司至少4年及以上的开发经验，其中包含游戏，音乐，视频，无线短彩信平台等至少一种的后台开发经验。

需要懂得的专业语言：
Hands-on Software Engineering background (Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript)
Experience of developing for web-based consumer applications
Ability to communicate technical details and ideas
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Awareness of Scrum / Agile methodology
