一家做企业应用管理软件及自动化管理软件的美国公司，总部休斯顿。虽然在全球人员不多，但是做的产品都很精专。
去年被Cisco收购，变为Cisco最核心的部门之一——数据产品部门（这也是因为Cisco进军云计算领域的一个战略调整，就是收购Tidal）。
目前项目内容：

Senior Java Developer
Description:
Experienced server-side Java Developer with a minimum of 5 years Java development. Specific experience with JDBC, Sockets, Threads, synchronization issues, multithreading, performance tuning, and networking protocols such as HTTP. Experience working on high performance, scalable, enterprise level commercial software products preferred.
Required Skills:
• Java • JDBC • Sockets • Threads
Preferred Skills:
• Algorithms • Web Services• Grid Computing • Portals
Desired Skills:
Experience with J2EE, C#, UNIX, Windows, relational databases, clustering, and fault tolerant applications a plus. Experience in Ajax and GUI development a plus. Experience with Open Source products and standards.
Education:
• Required - BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Preferred – MS in Computer Science
Source Control: SubVersion, CVS, or equivalent
Tools: Eclipse, Ant
