具体描述：职责：
1） 负责网络部技术的日常工作，优化技术团队工作流程，处理网络部网站建设技术方面的问题，并做好跨部门合作工作；
2） 负责网站系统框架设计和数据库系统架构。自己开发重点网站核心模块，解决网站建设的重点、难点、疑点技术问题；
3） 分配工作任务，把握网站建设进度。组织技术团队根据市场需求，按照策划进度，按时间按质量建设或修改完成项目，并进行网站后期维护；
4） 对网站建设服务（网站建设、网站推广、网站改版）的产品策略提供专业方案，协助部门经理撰写、归纳、整理与技术比较密切的资料、方案；
要求：
1）熟悉网站策划与开发的各项流程，具有大、中型网站策划、运营、开发经验；必须具有独立开发企业网站、电子商务网站开发的能力。具有在大型门户或者电子商务网站互联网公司的网站开发工作经验的优先。
2）全面的网站开发、网络安全、网站推广等方面的技术能力；精通WINDOWS、UNIX、Linux平台下的Web开发，精通HTML，DIV，CSS，JavaScript，Ajax，精通MYSQL、SQL Server等数据库技术，熟悉PHP等开发语言，特别是精通PHP和MYSQL；熟悉DIV+CSS；精通互联网网站的安全性设计。
3）对主流的PHP开源软件产品了解，如Discuz，Ucenter home，Phpcms(此为必要条件)，能基于此产品二次开发更佳。
4）良好的团队合作精神和缜密的逻辑思维；拥有良好的代码习惯，要求结构清晰，命名规范，逻辑性强，代码冗余率低。
5） 熟悉网站建设服务市场发展趋势，熟悉给客户网站建设运营流程；理解客户网站的需求，熟悉网站策划书、营销策划方案及其它文案的撰写。
6）必须有在专业网站建设公司的管理工作经验，对网站建设服务市场有丰富的经验并深刻发展见解，具有在以网站建设为主营业务的专业网站建设服务公司的管理工作经验者。
7）26岁以上，计算机专业，本科以上学历，至少有3年以上网站开发工作经验，其中有1年以上技术管理经验。具备良好的职业操守，出色的工作责任心、事业心，能够承受较大工作压力。
