Requirements:
At least 5-8 years of hands-on database development using any SQL language in engineering solutions 
BSCS or equivalent required.  
1+ years using SQL tools:  Server Management Studio and Business Intelligence Development Studio 
1+ years experience in using DTS or SSIS. 
2+ years experience in DBA tasks, with complete database system setup, including Server OS & DB configuration, SAN setup & configurations, filegroup setup, DB Backup/Recovery. 
Can write T-SQL independently query data and modify objects. 
Understands principles of Extract Load and Transform (ETL) processes and database physical and logic design
Good problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot well
Reverse engineering of data flows
Reconciliation of data between Source and Target database (finding data differences)
Root cause analysis 
Must be able to communicate clearly with management, peers, and clients regarding problems, changes, and milestones.  
Microsoft Analysis Services 2005, MS Reporting Services, MS Visual Studio Team System, and Casino Systems Knowledge a plus.
