岗位职责
Understand business needs and document the current as-is process and how it should changed in a to-be process. Document business requirements based on the required system changes. Document acceptance criteria. Review and approve the architecture and design. Review test cases and approve test results.

职位要求
1. Minimum 3+ years IT experience in a professional environment, such as A&D function, consulting firms, or multinational company’s sizable internal IT function.
2. J2EE architecture design and development experience is preferred.
3. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or other relevant engineering fields. 
4. Business knowledgeable in Banking and Financial Management industry is preferred.
5. Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Java or .Net language
6. Good understanding of enterprise operation process, particularly in the area of IT Transformation Program functions.
7. Creative and open minded, energetic under high working pressure.
8. Good interpersonal and team working skills; Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
9. Familiar with business terminology and process descriptions; Capable of translating user requirements into technical and system specifications.
10. Familiar with Work Flow analysis and process improvement techniques (ITIL, Six Sigma etc.)
