数据产品经理

Project Leader/Manager (Software Development, Internet)
The Project Leader/Manager will be responsible for R&D project management at Platform Technology Department. He/She need to take overall project success responsibility of software development project under Platform Technology product line. Manage project resources to achieve business goal of Alibaba B2B.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
 Manage project lifecycle activities. Include project initialization, planning, executing, monitoring and control, closing.
 Be responsible for allaspects of project management for the development team including schedule management, issue management, risk mitigation, etc.
 Apply Project Management best practice and geographically distributed development experiences to multi-location project team.
 Work together with Application Architect for Software Development issues. Provide technical and delivery guidance to development team members
 Communicate timely, accurate status of Software Development project. Ensure the organizational process alignment and continuous improvement for process.
 Other project context such as SCM, SIT, UAT, Release Management, Coordinate product releases and emergency patches as deemed appropriate by the Product Owner.
Skill and Knowledge Requirements:
B.S or M.S or above Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related.
 At least 4 years hands on development experiences on Java or C/C++.
 At least 3 years Project Management experiences. PMI certified or Strong PM experience with past working experiences would be better.
 Software Engineering knowledge and experiences. Master software development lifecycle and practice. Experience with project management under CMMI certified would be a strong plus.
 Familiar with Agile methodology and practices. Scrum experiences would be good.
 Strong experience withmulti-location project team management.
