职位一、Senior Software Engineer 
Primary Job Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement the engineering solutions (Applications, tools, systems, infrastructures) to detect and prevent suspicious activities in PayPal system.

Key Day-to-Day Responsibilities includes:



Code highly available, testable, scalable, monitor-able components using primarily C++ 
Design and implement backend software components that interact with databases and other services. 
Design and develop new tools and processes to improve system efficiency and stability 
Conduct design and code reviews, fix bugs and resolve production issues 
Ability to handle periodic on call support as well as out-of-band requests 
Work effectively with globally distributed teams in multiple different timezones

Job Requirements



Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related fields with 5+ years of experience, or Masters degree with 3+ years of experience. Ph.D degree is a plus. 
Good communication skills. Fluency in English is a must, both written and oral. 
Strong understanding of various database systems, and experience working with Unix platforms. 
Strong object oriented programming skills in C++ and/or Java. 
Knowledge of SOA. 
Knowledge of Perl or Python.

CDC TC(Release) Engineer

Job Description



The Release Engineer is a member of eBay's Engineering Service organization, who will be responsible for the code release process across a large distributed environment which includes but not limited to Merges, Rollouts, Rerolls, Bug Triaging, Builds.  Candidate will monitor and maintain the existing TC Tools and involved in development.  Work on train bugs and rollout exceptions, identify the root cause and group/PD responsible and coordinate for the closure of the bug/exception.  The candidate will be working closely with PD, QA, RM and NOC, SJC and IDC TC Team.





Skills needed

-Java experience

-CLear case - both UI and command level working experience

- Eclipse, Plug-in development and implementation.

- JavaScript,  HTML, XHTML, DHTML, AJAX, CSS,  Oracle DB, Windows and Linux OS

- -Computer Science Degree

- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and graphical interfaces

- Excellent English skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff in China, India and the US on a daily basis in telephone meetings or by emails.

- Good people and communications skills to communicate and coordinate with multiple groups.
