1.Steeped in 5+ years of web architectures and development that could cover, but not limited to: o Solid experience in at least one popular eCommerce platform (IBM Websphere, ATG, Hybris, Demandware, ...etc.) o eCommerce end-to-end implementation experience o CMS o Mobile channels o Web analytics o UX o Agile/ Scrum development o Web Services o MVC 2.Solid development background (scripting and compiled) 3.Sound strategic thinking for digital businesses 4.Flexible in picking up new technologies 5.Gathering and developing functional requirements 6.Lead web development projects/ teams 7.work with executive level professionals to drive business results. Hence excellent communication is a must have. 8.Familiarity with enterprise environments (eg. .NET/ Java) is a plus 9.Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
