My Godness.
I wish shoud be followed by that.
and there never be a monther lanuage ,it should be mother tongue or native language ....
And the word lanuage used second time should be replaced with word "one"
And all over the world is correct.

用短句是没有错,前题是正确的减缩,但是在应用中持续使用错误的用法只会导致语感混乱,你们的英语表达......太中国化,而且,full of mistake.

...Hard to comment. To methuselah: I got to point out that you yourself are one "Chinesalized". Quite easy to find mistakes on the 6th tip.
So, we should point out mistakes. Besides, we should CORRECT mistakes. It's a way to make progress, isn't it? such as "I wish our mother lanuage become the best lanuage all the world in the latest future!"(wish...will become) kind of that.

什么是中国化?另外,我觉得I wish our mother lanuage become the best lanuage all the world in the latest future!完全没有错误(当然,mother lanuage 不好),wish 后面当然可以跟原形,希望你仔细的查看一下语法书.
