各位高手你好：
本人的电脑无故蓝屏，并出现一串我看不懂的英文，只能重启，重启后要检硬盘，请问是什么原因，怎样解决？请帮忙！[em10]

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen ,restart your coputer. If this screen appears again ,follow these steps:
check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed .If this is anew installation ,ask your hardoware or software manufacturer for any windows updaes yor might need
If problems continue,disable or remove any nenly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing ,If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your copmuter,press F8 to select Advanced startup options ,and the select safe mode.

应该是你的驱动或者某种程序引起内存错误，你看看你的机子蓝频之前是不失装了什么软件，删除了看看，以前也遇到这种情况，你也可以试下用优化大师扫一下的
