C++ programming experience
- Windows programming experience, especially DLL and Mutil-thread
- HTTP protocol and programming 
- Familiar with WTL or MFC
- Knowledge of XML
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of cryptographic and DRM
- Experience of multimedia application as a plus
- Familiar with Winamp plugin framework as a plus 
- Better to be able to use UML in design and communication
