Must have:
1.    About 1-3 years’ software development experience
2.    Be familiar with Core Java or J2EE technology
3.    Good command of speaking and writing English
4.    BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Plus:
1.    Be familiar with SQL Server or Oracle or Sybase database;
2.    Be familiar with Sun Solaris, Win2000 server, TCP/IP and HTTP
3.    Experience in software test
4.    Experience in Struts and Tiles

Sr. Java
Must have:
1.    About 4-5 years experience of software development, experience in supervising a development team is an advantage
2.    Be skilled at Core Java or J2EE technologies
3.    Be good at Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, familiar with UML
4.    Be skilled at Oracle/Sybase DBMS development is required
5.    Be familiar with Unix environment and command
6.    Good command of speaking and writing English 
7.    BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Plus：
1.    Experience in risk modeling or web development or Struts and Tiles;
2.    Experience in software test is a plus
3.    TOEIC - Certificate holders highly preferred

Jr. /Sr. Java (Flex)
1.    Jr. Level:
At least 3 years’ working experience of Web GUI development, including at least         2years ’ experience on Flex.
2.    Sr. Level
1- 3 years’  working experience of Web GUI development, including at least 1 years’  experience on Flex.
Must Have：
3.    BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
4.    Be skilled at Flex Builder 3 and Actionscript-3
5.    Be familiar with OOP(Object Oriented Programming) and RIA (Rich Internet Application).
6.    Be familiar with at least one kind of Flex Framework (like Cairngorm, PureMVC).
7.     Good command of spoken English and can communicate effectively with offshore clients.
Plus:
1  Experience in Java  
2  Experience in Web Services is a plus 
3  Experience in Flash, Photoshop and Flex Skin Stylingis

Jr. Java MEMFIS 
JD
1  Code Internet/Intranet application programs according to program specifications
2  Selectively participate in analysis and design work
3  Complete documentation to ensure conformance to corporate standards and procedures

Job Responsibilities:

1  Responsible for web application programs coding, configuration, unit testing according to specifications and requirements.
2  Participate in analysis and design work when necessary.
3  Program and related documentation needed to ensure the software development procedure is in compliance with corporate standards and policies.
4  Report to Senior Engineer or Assistant System Manager.

Requirements:
Must Have:
1  About 2–3 years’ web development experience. 
2  Familiar with Core Java or J2EE technology 
3  Familiar with Oracle/ WPF or Sybase database
4  Experience in Struts and Tiles
5  BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent major.
6  Must be fluent in oral, reading and written English. CET-6 above. TOEIC certificate holders preferred. 

Plus:
1  Experience in software test
2  Familiar with Sun Solaris, Win2000 server, TCP/IP and HTTP
