本公司外资，我是HR，目前在找Java方面的人员(Java还是很吃香的，同学们要好好学习哦，嘿嘿

软开工程师-开发方向的
1. Java带J2EE
- Solid experience on Java EE (glassfish, maven) and /or C++ more than one year
- Familiar with web development (Java script, JSP, CSS, AJAX, IMTRA, and HTML)
- Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal)
2. Java带C/C++
- Solid experience on C/C++, Java and UML design more than 1 year
- Experience on Linux / Solaris OS
- Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal)
3. Java
- Mandatory (at least use these tech for more than 3 month): J2SE, EJB 3.0, Web service (JAXWS), Servlet and JSP, Javascript and AJAX, HTML, CSS, database and sql
- Advantage: XML (DOM, SAX), Javascript - JQuery, Javascript - Prototype, Java network programming, Spring MVC, hibernate, mysql, JMX, struts
