Description
Main Responsibilities
Provide the services of application support/development in a mainframe environment.
Provide ongoing support of production applications as well as change request development.
Prepare and maintain technical documents. For example, Disaster recovery and Operations procedures.
Provide application support for EDS Client systems to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
Participate in projects as required eg: Applications releases, creating and maintaining.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum 1 years experience providing support in a CICS mainframe environment.
Skilled in PL1 programming language.
Demonstrated problem solving, resolution and performance monitoring skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
Must have a positive attitude with a 'can do' approach to both day to day support and challenging new tasks.
Must have a strong Customer focus.
Excellent English skills in writing & reading, strong English in oral communication
Sustain support and ITIL experience is preferable.
Able to work night shift.
