职位职责和职位要求(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：
TITLE: Software Developer Analyst 

LOCATION: Information Systems

REPORTS TO: Manager, Business Systems (Commercial), (Based in USA)

SUPERVISES: None

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Manufacturing, HR, Finance, Marketing and Sales departments within BDHHI. Some contact with external consultants.

SUMMARY: Conducts analysis of business and systems processes, prepares development plans for application changes and performs programming tasks to eliminate management problems which are adaptable to data processing control.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

1. Formulates development and test plans for programming tasks taking into consideration the capacity and limitation of the equipment, operating time and form of desired results. 
2. Works with systems users to document requirements and investigate potential application solutions to business and systems management needs.
3. Works independently toward solution of complex programming problems with direct supervision.
4. Analyzes current systems and program logic and makes revisions where applicable.
5. Prepares flow charts, block diagrams, writes programs, tests, documents and implements for all systems development or modifications.
6. Responsible for the continuing function and utility of programs developed.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as required by supervisor.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):

Education and Work Experience:

1.　Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
2.　One to three years experience in Information Systems 

Technical/Functional Competencies:

1.　Knowledge of software development life cycle.
2.　Full technical knowledge of all programming analysis methods. 
3.　Strong verbal and written communication skills 
4.　Proficient in English communication
5.　Knowledge in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, Visual Basic, C#, ASP, ADO, XML, Web Services and SQL is a must.
6.　Knowledge of MS Commerce Server and Sharepoint Services is a plus.
7.　Knowledge of MFG/PRO or other ERP application suite is a plus. 
8.　Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus.
