A. Programmer
Responsibilities:
1 To code C#.NET/VB.NET/ASP.NET/ASP/.NET Framework(Compact) applications to implement product features
2 Communicate and work closely with peer developers
3 Guide and support junior developers
Skills/Requirements:
1 BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2 More than 3 years software development experience
3 Good command of speaking and writing English
4 Be skilled at Core C#.NET/VB.NET/ASP.NET/ ASP or .NET Framework technologies (Be good at O/R Mapping or .NET development platform etc)
5 Be skilled at Oracle/SQL Server DBMS development is required
6 Technically competent, creative, has initiative and able to work independently
7 Certificate holders highly preferred
B. Senior Programmer
Responsibilities:
1 Lead a sub-team of software engineers to deliver a software module based on design and requirements;
2 Participate in conference calls with project manager or client;
Skills/Requirements:
1 5+ years experience in C#/Asp /.NET software development;
2 3+ years experience in SQLSERVER development, database design and stored procedures implement; or 3+ years experience in Oracle development, familiar with PL/SQL
3 Good logic thinking;
4 Requirement analysis ability
5 Good command of reading and writing English
6 Data design and tuning experience is a plus
7 BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
8 Technically competent, creative, has initiative and able to work independently
C. Tester:
Responsibility:
1 Responsible for testing the software project.
2 Writing test cases and prepare the test data.
3 Run the testing and summary the test report.
Skills/Requirements:
1 Good logic thinking;
2 Good communication;
3 2+ year tester or test leader experience;
4 Basic SQL language skills;
5 Familiar with auto test tools (loadrunner/winrunner, QTP etc);
6 Relative good Oral English (write/read is a must);
7 BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
D. Test Leader
Responsibility:
1 Responsible for testing of outsourcing software project and drive the testing;
2 Writing test plans, designing test cases and requirements coverage table according to requirement document.
3 Reporting tracking defects and promoting automatic testing tools in the testing group.
Skills/Requirements:
1 Good logic thinking and good communication；
2 5+ year tester or test leader experience;
3 Have the database language skills;
4 Familiar with auto test tools (loadrunner/winrunner, QTP etc)
5 Relative good Oral English (write/read is a must)
6 Microsoft testing tools experience is a plus
7 BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
