本次招聘的是Composite Provisioning Team的Senior SilverLight Engineer职位，这个Team本身比较稳定，本次新增加的需要还没有具体的JD，主要的考察点如下：
1. 丰富的Silverlight研发经验
2. 熟悉C#，webservice
3. 英语流利(会有美国的最终面试)

Position1: Sr. UI developer (Lead)
Our Insights tool is our customers’ main portal into our recommendation and optimization engine. Your job would be to keep Insights moving forward by improving usability, enhancing the existing report tools and providing customers with the functionality they need to manage their sites. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, helping to design, distribution, coding and quality control, and working with other engineers to execute it. The person should have good UI development skills and be able to translate a UI design into good maintainable code.
Requirements:
A senior team leader, must be senior enough, should have 5+ years of developing experience.
Programming experience shall be at software production level.
Should have team leadership experience.
Good command of English communication.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Has profound understanding in OOP
Desire to learn new technologies
Experience in Web Application Development
Experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX
Experience with third party UI toolkit such as EXT, YUI and Dojo
Knowledge about cross browser compatibility
Position2: Sr. QA developer (Lead)
At Baynote, we serve millions of community-driven recommendations every day to help internet users find what they want quickly and intelligently. We are looking for a QA leader to help us improve the QA infrastructure and manage the QA process.
Requirements:
A senior team leader, must be senior enough, should have 5+ years of developing experience.
Programming experience shall be at software production level.
Should have team leadership experience.
Good command of English communication.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
3 years of automation test experience, including minimum 1 year of experience as technical leader.
Experience of using one or many of these automation tools: QTP, SilkTest, Robot, LoadRunner, Selenium, etc
Experience with PHP, Shell, XML, MySQL, and browser technologies
Must have good QA methodology and good judgement
Must be a good team player and have good communication skills
