[b]Responsibilities[/b]
1.    Participate in the requirement analysis, design, development and testing of software solutions based on client requirements
2.    Works independently as member of project team or may also lead a number of software development professionals
3.    Participates in client communications to understand client’s business requirement and apply experience
4.    Full life cycle software engineering/quality management

[b]Requirements/ Qualifications [/b]
1.    Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree in computer science, information systems, electrical engineering or equivalent experience is required, but a Master's (graduate) degree is highly preferred
2.    More than 8 years of software developing experience with at least 3 years system architect experience in .net technology
3.    Knowledgeable in latest .net technologies in software engineering, including database structure, web services, application servers, configuration management, automatic testing
4.    State-of-the-art software solution architecture design with object-oriented analysis/design as well as the common design patterns. 
5.    Knowledgeable in software development life cycle and quality processes
6.    Design experience with Oracle is must
7.    Design experience with Tibco EMS is must
8.    Experience in MES/APS/SCM is a big plus
9.    Design experience in Iron and Steel industry is a big plus.
10.    Demonstrated experience in Quality Control is a plus
11.    Strong communication and negotiation skills
12.    Fluent English, both oral and written, is must
