Responsibilities:
• Analyze requirements and use best-practices methodology 
• Write code that is efficient and easy to maintain 
• Perform unit and integration testing, performance profiling and benchmarking 
• Assist QA team by helping define test plans, building automated tests, etc 
• Agility to dynamically respond to customer support issues 
Requirements:
• BS Computer Science or related experience 
• 3+ years commercial software development experience in .NET
• 1+ year Flex/Flash development 
• Strong HTML, DHTML, ASP.Net, JavaScript, AJAX, C#, XML, and web services 
• Experience with MVC a strong plus 
• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server, Relational Persistence (ADO.NET) and Identity Management solutions a plus 
• Excellent communication skills, and able to work independently or in team environment. 
• Ability to work in a deadline driven, dynamic environment 
• Previous experience in Internationalization & localization a plus.
